Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Shipping Options and Timeframes
• We partner with reliable shipping carriers to offer standard and express delivery options. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
• Estimated Delivery Times:
• Domestic: 5-10 business days
• International: 10-20 business days (customs may cause delays)
Shipping Delays and Liability
• Once your order is handed over to the carrier, PeaksUnion is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, customs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• If your shipment is delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
• Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier immediately. PeaksUnion is not responsible for lost packages after they have been marked as delivered.
• Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please email us at crew@peaksunion.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. PeaksUnion is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Customs and Duties
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. PeaksUnion is not liable for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.
