  • What is the return policy?
If your goggles have an obvious defect such as a cracked lens or a broken frame then you can contact the aftersales team and ask for a refund or a replacement. 
  • What are the shipping options?
Shipping for all European customers is free, however if you are ordering from outside the European union you will have to pay a shipping free according to your destination. 
  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
Depending on what country you are in you might be subject to a duty tax, this will be given to you at checkout.
  • When will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped out within 7-10 business days for European customers. For non European customers shipping time will be calculated at checkout.
  • What do I do if I never received my order?
If you do not receive your order please contact the aftersales team and they will figure out what happened.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please contact the aftersales team and if there is a real defect on the product you will receive a refund or replacement. 
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you would like to make changes to an order and it has not yet been shipped out you are able to contact the aftersales team and you will be able to change your order.
